Knock Knock!! The season of all seasons has arrived. The question is will you be naughty or nice… It all depends! HAH!

A mood of celebration in is the air. Smiles upon each face and everyone wrapped in warmth and glow in this festive season.

We are introducing Naughty or Nice Peppermint ice cream with yummy candy cane chocolate chunks. We had some help naming this one, so a big thank you to my brother’s better half. 

If you like mint chocolate chip ice cream, this will be your jam.

If you are unable to find the Andes peppermint crunch mints, add mint chips or mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Continually stir sugar, milk, and cream in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Heat until mixture is hot and a small ring foams around the edge.
  2. Add vanilla and peppermint and stir. Cool mixture in the fridge (see note).
  3. Add mixture to ice cream machine and start to churn 40-45 minutes. At the 40 minute mark add the peppermint chips.
  4. Remove ice cream from the ice cream machine and transfer it into a container that can go into the freezer or scoop into bowls and enjoy!

Notes:


If you do not have an ice cream machine, transfer to a container that can go into the freezer and freeze for 8-10 hours.
