Gingerbread Loaf

Gingerbread… a soft and moist bread loaf in all its glory. This gingerbread fills you with warmth on the first bite. A soft taste of the holiday season. A simple bread loaf filled with cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, cloves and allspice.

This bread is sweet perfection with a warm cup of coffee or tea. Super easy to make!

We made it in the American tradition by adding sweetness to the bread with molasses.

Hera’s Pinch

As pictured we drizzled the gingerbread loaf with white chocolate and sprinkled it with cranberries, it's not a must but definitely adds the yum factor.

This bread tastes best when it is completely cooled.
